Official E Troop 1-6 Iron Horse Cavalry Patch

Official E Troop 1-6 Iron Horse Cavalry Patch — Air Cavalry Saber and Spurs

E Troop, 1-6 Cavalry rides into battle from the sky — iron horses with rotors instead of hooves.

E Troop, 1st Squadron, 6th Cavalry Regiment, the Iron Horse, is a U.S. Army air cavalry unit carrying the proud traditions of mounted cavalry into the aviation age. Air cavalry troops conduct armed reconnaissance, security operations, and attack missions using rotary-wing aircraft. The Iron Horse identity connects the unit to the cavalryman's legacy of speed, mobility, and aggressive reconnaissance. Army cavalry scouts and aviators in E Troop wear the crossed sabers and spurs that honor centuries of cavalry tradition, adapted for the helicopter battlefield. This embroidered patch represents the Iron Horse's air cavalry pride.

Perfect For: E Troop 1-6 Cavalry soldiers, Army air cavalry veterans, 6th Cavalry Regiment personnel, cavalry tradition enthusiasts, and US Army aviation patch collectors.
