The Bezi Bra Discs must be worn with a bra. After adjusting your bra, center the disc between your breast and the bra. The discs have no adhesive. However, your breasts as well as body heat will keep them in place. Bezi™ Bra Discs™ may be cleaned with mild soap and water, towel dry. This product is made of a non-latex resin.
